About Greg Mitchell
Greg is a U.S. Navy veteran (1986–1990) and a hands-on Microsoft 365 administrator. For more than ten years he has kept email, sign-in and Windows systems running for organizations that can’t afford to get it wrong: a law firm, a county sheriff’s office, and a large multi-site organization where he is the systems administrator for the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment today.
He spent eight years at Banker Lopez Gassler, a Tampa Bay law firm, supporting 400+ people on Microsoft 365 and Teams, including the firm’s Exchange conversion and its move to Teams Phone. He is experienced designing, building and migrating physical and virtual Windows servers (Hyper-V, VMware), with backups that are tested, not just assumed.
He does the work himself. There is no junior tech between you and the person who designed the fix. Squared Away Tech is his own business, kept separate from his day job.
