How a remote M365 Security Checkup works
1. Free 20-minute call
A quick phone or video call about your office, your Microsoft 365 setup and what worries you. No cost, no obligation.
2. Read-only access you control
You (or your current IT provider) grant temporary read-only access, or we walk through settings together on a screen share. Nothing is changed during the Checkup, and access is removed when it’s done.
3. The review
Greg reviews sign-in and multi-factor settings, admin accounts, email forwarding and spoofing protection, sharing and device settings, scheduled on weekday evenings or Saturdays (Eastern Time).
4. Report and walkthrough
You get a plain-English report with a numbered “fix first” list, then a video call to walk through it. If it doesn’t find at least 3 specific, actionable fixes, you don’t pay.
Outside Florida?
Offices outside Florida are welcome too. Everything above works the same remotely, anywhere in the U.S., scheduled on Eastern Time.
