Microsoft 365 Security Checkup

A read-only review of your sign-in, email, admin and device settings. Nothing is changed. You get a plain-English report and a numbered “fix first” list.

• $495 up to 10 people (founding client rate: $250)
• $750 for 11–25 people (founding client rate: $375)
• $1,250 for 26–50 people (founding client rate: $625)
• $1,750 for 51–100 people (founding client rate: $875)

100% of the fee is credited if you book the Tenant Lockdown within 30 days. Founding-client offer: the first 3 clients pay half ($250 / $375 / $625 / $875) in exchange for a short testimonial or an anonymized case study.

The guarantee: 3 fixes or you don’t pay

If the Checkup does not identify at least 3 specific, actionable fixes, you don’t pay for it. Each fix is numbered and described in one sentence in your report. Follow-on work covers only the numbered fixes in your signed scope.

What gets checked

• Multi-factor sign-in (MFA) for every user and every admin
• Admin accounts: how many, who, and whether an emergency account exists
• Mail forwarding to outside addresses and suspicious inbox rules
• Email protection: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-phishing settings
• App permissions and consent grants: who is allowed to approve third-party apps, every app that already has access to your mail and files, and any high-risk access (reading or sending mail, full file access, staying signed in) with no known owner, so it can be revoked. A malicious app approved with one click keeps that access even after a password reset.
• Sharing settings for OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
• Laptop encryption and device management, if you use Intune
• Audit logging, so you can investigate if something goes wrong

How it works

1. Free 20-minute call to see if it fits.
2. You sign a short agreement and grant read-only access (a 10-minute setup guide is provided).
3. Greg runs the review on an evening or Saturday. Nothing in your tenant changes.
4. You get the report within about 5 business days and a call to walk through it. Greg’s access is removed and confirmed in writing.
