M365 Security Checkup

Starting at $495 ($250 founding)

$495 up to 10 people, $750 for 11–25, $1,250 for 26–50, $1,750 for 51–100 (first 3 founding clients half price: $250 / $375 / $625 / $875). Read-only review with a plain-English report and numbered fix-first list. 3 fixes or you don’t pay.

Tenant Lockdown

Starting at $1,450

$1,450 up to 10 people ($1,150 without Entra ID P1), $2,450 for 11–25 ($1,950 without P1), $3,450 for 26–50, $4,450 for 51–100. Staged MFA and Conditional Access rollout, email protections tightened, change log and cyber-insurance summary.

Intune Device Rollout

Starting at $1,150

$1,150 up to 8 devices, $1,800 for 9–20, $2,900 for 21–40, from $4,500 for 41–100. Laptops enrolled in Microsoft Intune, encrypted and managed, so a lost laptop can be locked and a former employee does not walk out with your files.

Compromised Account Cleanup

Starting at $1,500

$1,500 for the first mailbox ($1,200 for active Monthly Admin/Watch clients), plus $350 per additional mailbox. A phished Microsoft 365 mailbox contained and cleaned out, the rest of the tenant checked, and a written incident summary.

Monthly M365 Admin & Watch

Starting at $195/month

Security Watch: $195/month up to 10 users (+$15/user/month above 10). Full Monthly Admin: $350/month up to 10 users (+$25/user/month above 10; month-to-month after 3 months).

Move to Microsoft 365

Starting at $950

$950 up to 5 users, $1,750 for 6–15, $2,950 for 16–30, from $4,950 for 31–100. Fixed-price move from Google Workspace or an old Exchange server to Microsoft 365: mail, calendars, contacts and files, with security turned on from day one.

Add-ons & hourly work

Microsoft 365 Backup: $6/user/month (5-user minimum = $30/month; 50GB/user pooled; $8/100GB extra) + $150 setup (setup waived when bundled with Tenant Lockdown, Move to Microsoft 365 or Monthly Admin).
Security Awareness & Phishing Training: $5/user/month (5-user minimum = $25/month) + $150 setup (setup waived when bundled with Tenant Lockdown or Monthly Admin).
DMARC Email Protection Monitoring (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace): $250 setup (setup waived when bundled with Tenant Lockdown or Move to Microsoft 365) + $15/domain/month.
Password Manager Rollout (Bitwarden Teams): $6/user/month (5-user minimum = $30/month) + $295 setup up to 10 users ($450 for 11–25 users, custom 26+).
Cyber-Insurance Questionnaire Help: $495 standalone, or $295 within 90 days of a Security Checkup.
Annual Conditional Access Review: $450/year up to 25 people, $650/year for 26–100 (includes up to 1 hour of approved fixes).
Backup Restore Test: $195 per test, or $595/year for 4 quarterly tests.
Other work (hourly): $140/hour, quoted in writing first. Prepaid 10-hour block $1,250 ($125/hour). Urgent same-evening work $175/hour, 1-hour minimum.
