Price

• Monthly Security Watch: $195/month for up to 10 users, then +$15/user/month above 10 (monthly read-only drift check, 1-page report and up to 30 minutes/month of security tweaks; month-to-month with 30 days’ notice)
• Full Monthly M365 Admin: $350/month for up to 10 users, then +$25/user/month above 10 (everything in Security Watch plus up to 2 hours/month of user onboarding/offboarding, license changes and shared mailbox/group administration; first 3 months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice)
• Active client perks: $150 setup fee waived on Microsoft 365 Backup and Security Awareness Training, and Compromised Account Cleanup reduced from $1,500 to $1,200.

What’s included

• A monthly report: risky sign-ins, new admins, new forwarding rules, newly approved apps with access to mail or files, MFA gaps, license waste
• New staff set up and leavers removed the safe way (sign-in blocked, mail kept, devices wiped)
• Security settings kept current as Microsoft changes things
• A request log, so you can see what was done and when

What’s not included

• Day-to-day help desk, printers, phones
• Projects (quoted separately). Urgent same-evening work is $175/hour, 1-hour minimum.

This is not a help desk: printers, desk phones and slow computers stay with whoever handles them today. Reports do not guarantee insurer approval or certify any compliance program.
