Move to Microsoft 365

A fixed-price move from Google Workspace or an old Exchange server to Microsoft 365, with security turned on from day one instead of bolted on later.

Price

• $950 up to 5 users
• $1,750 for 6–15 users
• $2,950 for 16–30 users
• From $4,950 for 31–100 users (quoted after a free review)

Prices cover up to 50GB of mail per user and up to 250GB of shared files in total. Larger amounts, Exchange 2010 or older, and public folders are quoted in writing first at $140/hour. Microsoft 365 licenses are bought directly by you from Microsoft, with no markup.

What’s included

• A free review of your current mail, files and domain before you get a fixed quote
• Microsoft 365 set up and your domain verified
• Mail, calendars and contacts moved (Google Workspace or Exchange 2013 and newer)
• Google Drive or file shares moved to OneDrive and SharePoint
• Cutover on an evening or Saturday, with mail flowing on both sides during the move
• MFA, an emergency admin account and SPF/DKIM/DMARC set up from the start
• Outlook set up on each computer and phone, with a 1-page staff guide
• 2 weeks of follow-up support after cutover, and a written change log

What’s not included

• Microsoft 365 licenses (about $6–$22 per user per month depending on the plan)
• Rebuilding Google Sites, Apps Script or third-party add-ons
• Laptop enrollment (see Intune Device Rollout)

How it works

1. Free review call and a fixed written quote.
2. Greg sets up Microsoft 365 and starts copying mail and files in the background.
3. Cutover on an evening or Saturday. Your staff sign in to Outlook the next morning.
4. Follow-up for 2 weeks, then the old system is closed with your OK.

This is not a help desk: printers, desk phones and slow computers stay with whoever handles them today. Reports do not guarantee insurer approval or certify any compliance program.
