• Tenant Lockdown: staged multi-factor and conditional access rollout, tightened email protection, change log and cyber-insurance summary. $1,450 up to 10 people ($1,150 without Entra ID P1), $2,450 for 11–25 ($1,950 without P1), $3,450 for 26–50, $4,450 for 51–100.
• Intune Device Rollout: laptops enrolled, encrypted and managed. $1,150 for up to 8 devices, $1,800 for 9–20, $2,900 for 21–40, from $4,500 for 41–100.
• Compromised Account Cleanup: a phished mailbox contained and cleaned, the tenant checked, and a written summary. $1,500 ($1,200 for active Monthly clients), plus $350 per additional mailbox.
• Monthly M365 Admin & Watch: Security Watch at $195/month for up to 10 users (+$15/user/month above 10), or Full Monthly Admin at $350/month for up to 10 users (+$25/user/month above 10; 3-month minimum, then month-to-month).
• Move to Microsoft 365: fixed-price move from Google Workspace or an old Exchange server to Microsoft 365 (mail, calendars, contacts and files, with MFA and SPF/DKIM/DMARC on from day one). $950 up to 5 users, $1,750 for 6–15, $2,950 for 16–30, from $4,950 for 31–100.
• Add-ons: DMARC/SPF/DKIM setup for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace ($250 setup + $15/domain/month; setup waived with Lockdown or Move), Cyber Insurance Questionnaire Pack (from $395 up to 10 people, or $195 with a Checkup), Bitwarden password manager rollout ($6/user/month, 5-user minimum, + $295 setup up to 10 users / $450 for 11–25), Microsoft 365 backup ($6/user/month, 5-user minimum, + $150 setup waived with Lockdown/Move/Monthly Admin; 50GB/user pooled, extra $8/100GB/month), staff phishing training ($5/user/month, 5-user minimum, + $150 setup waived with Lockdown/Monthly Admin), Annual Conditional Access Review ($450/year up to 25 users, $650 for 26–100) and Backup Restore Test ($195/test or $595/year quarterly).
